I made it for my mom...

The reference is from a marketing sector... so i ll find the exactly author name and edit the deviation to place his name here.

It was pretty fast, like 5 hours in a small paper.

It make me think about how inconditional and inexorable the love of a mother is. Its like our first learning about to care.

The media, charcoal, to be honest i dont like chacoal, it is hard to make line-texture with it... because of that i dont think the result is very interesting... but i hope my mom like it :P .

Also it is a break on my usual themes... gf and mom annoying because all is depressive and tetric and so... hehehe to be honest it is not exactly my kind of work, but soon i ll back to my normal ;P.

Btw, Congratulation for all mothers all around the world.

Wonderful use of the paper for the highest highlights. It really gives a nice effect to it. I really like how dark the shadows are too. It's excellent! I'm sure your mother will love it!

Nice work....i like the way you let some of the paper show through for the skin tones, and didn't complete lines everywhere like around the neck.....it gives it a more artistic feel....*gives u a cookie*
